Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of delivery, and use within one month. Defrost fully and do not refreeze once defrosted.

To cook, preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the skewers in a roasting tin and cook for 15-20 minutes, until thoroughly cooked through with no pink meat and the juices run clear. These are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary.
