An honest and direct cabernet sauvignon, from hand-picked grapes in South Africa’s oft-overlooked Tulbugh region. This organic red wine has vivid jabs of confit plum alongside a firm crunch of acidity, and will fast become a star of your wine rack. Brilliantly, the organic wines produced at Waverley contain much less sulphur than other conventional wines too.
