A wonderful, seamless blend of five traditional, local grape varieties, this Portuguese white is brimming with character and liveliness. Dry and refreshing, with notes of tart green apple and a bit of a citrus acidity, it makes for a brilliant aperitif. For the full Portuguese experience, try it with some bacalhau (salt cod). Best enjoyed in the next 12 months.

Vinibio is a collaborative project between four organic and biodynamic growers. They are based in the southern part of the Vinho Verde region, giving the grapes a slightly warmer, drier climate. The group are driven by a passion for quality, authentic wine, as well as a desire for sustainability and a respect for nature.
