This organic 40% milk chocolate bar is a real stunner. Rococo use their own Grenadian beans from their Grococo farm and they've blended it with some cocoa butter to give it a super smooth and silky texture. The honeycomb adds a satisfying crunch to proceedings.

Chantal Coady founded Rococo in 1983, and has a real taste and nose for the finest chocolate around. She's regarded as a bit of a pioneer in the chocolate world. In 2007, Rococo teamed up with the Grenada Chocolate Compnay and together they purchased a small cocoa farm. It was the perfect opportunity for them to produce their own fairly traded, ethical chocolate. They call the small plot of land Grococo and it's now the 'home farm' supplying 100% of its harvest of fine flavoured organic Trinitario cocoa beans to the Grenada Chocolate Company where they are made into fine chocolate. It's also one of the founding farms that make up The Grenada Organic Cocoa Farmers' Cooperative. Since the first successful Grococo harvest they continue to use as much of the Grenadian cocoa as they can in all they do.
