Storage & prep

Burgers can be fried or grilled, until they are browned on both sides. Make sure you use a medium-high heat, so that they cook thoroughly in the middle. Beef should be kept at a very cool temperature, wrapped and kept away from other foods. Beef can be frozen, but should be thoroughly defrosted before cooking.

There are four beef burgers in a packet, making each burger about 4 oz. The pack weighs 500g.

We guarantee that your beefburgers will have at least 3 days before its expiry date, including the day of your delivery. All of our fish and meat can be frozen unless otherwise stated.
