Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated 0-5C. Consume within 1 day of opening.

Pan Fry - Place in searing hot pan with oil turning until sealed and golden brown. Reduce to medium heat and cook according to your preference. We find the usual time is between 5-10 minutes. Allow the steak to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of delivery. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours, do not refreeze once thawed.
