In Somerset’s beautiful Blackmore Vale stands Feltham’s Farm, 22 acres of organic land run by Marcus Fergusson and Penny Nagle. After being made redundant from a corporate job in London, Marcus took a cheesemaking course and never looked back. The couple now oversee a community of people invested in nutritious and mouth-watering food that is sourced locally and organically. The farm is also home to Marcus and Penny’s three children, and their pigs, sheep, dunks, chickens, quail and peacocks.
