1. Get your drumstick. Get a sharp knife. About an inch from the non-meaty end, cut all the way round through to the bone.
2. Grab either side of the cut and pull, to bunch the meat up and expose the bone. Use the heel of the knife to carefully cut the non-meaty end of the bone off. Pop in a roatsing tin, and repeat with as many drumsticks as you wnat to cook.
3. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle over a little olive oil and roast at 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4 for 30 mins or till cooked through. Serve straight away.
