Method

1. Pop a good handful of Deep Purple of Red Rubin basil leaves into your glass. Add a squeeze of organic lime juice and a teaspoon of organic caster sugar, and muddle.
2. Fill the glass with ice, pour a shot of Papagayo organic white rum over, top up with soda water and enjoy!
