Peanut Butter & Raspberry Jelly Smoothie

Our fresh take on an American classic, this creamy smoothie is, like its namesake, simple but delightful and delicious. Fresh raspberries and bananas get a protein boost from smooth peanut butter and refreshing almond milk makes the whole lot sippable (or slurpable – there’s no judgement here).

Ingredients

  • 125g raspberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 40g peanut butter
  • 330ml almond milk
  • A few ice cubes

Method

1. Pop the raspberries in a blender. Peel the bananas and break them into the blender. Add the peanut butter. Pour in the almond milk.
2. Add a few ice cubes and blend till smooth. Serve straight away.
