- 1 ripe mango
- 1 lime
- A thumb of ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 500ml cashew drink

Method
1. Peel your mango. Cut the juicy flesh away from the stone. Scoop it into the blender. Finely grate the lime zest into the blender. Squeeze in the juice. Roughly chop the ginger (no need to peel). Dust in the ground turmeric.
2. Pour in 500ml of the cashew drink. Add a handful of ice. Blitz for 2 mins till golden and smooth. Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
3. Ripe & Ready^
When you unpack your box, give your mango a gentle squeeze. It should give slightly under your fingertips. If not, pop it in your fruit bowl to ripen for 1-2 days. Adding some bananas or kiwi to the fruit bowl will help it ripen.
