- 1 mango
- 1 banana
- 1 lime
- 15g coconut flakes
- 330ml hazelnut drink
- A few ice cubes
1. Slice the fat cheeks off the mango stone, then slice the thinner sides off the stone. Cut the mango flesh off the skin and pop it into your blender. Slice as much flesh off the mango stone as you can and add that to the blender too.
2. Peel the banana and break it into the blender. Grate in the lime zest and squeeze in the juice from 1 half.
3. Tip in most of the coconut flakes. Pour 330ml hazelnut drink into the blender (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Add a handful of ice cubes. Whizz till smooth, then pour into a couple of glasses. Top the smoothies with the rest of the coconut flakes to serve.
