  • 1 lemon
  • 4 apples
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 1 Cos lettuce

Method

1. Juice the lemon by hand. Peel the apples for a less cloudy juice if you like. Feed the apples, celery and lettuce through the juicer. Stir in the lemon juice. Serve over plenty of crushed ice.
