Kiwi and bananas are the smooth operators in this gingered up smoothie.


  • 4 kiwis
  • 2 bananas
  • A thumb of ginger
  • A handful of mint
  • 250ml water

1. Halve the kiwis and scoop out the flesh. Peel and chop the bananas. Peel and grate the ginger. Pick the leaves from the mint.
2. Chuck it all into a high speed blender with 250ml water. Blitz till smooth. Add more water to get the consistency you want.
