- 700g wedge of watermelon
- 75g agave syrup
- 30ml lime juice

Method
1. Quarter the watermelon wedge, then slice the skin and white rind off one quarter. You should have approximately 500g watermelon. Chop the watermelon into 1-2cm thick dice. You cna pick out the black seeds, or just leave them in if you don't mind them going into your slushy. Spread the chopped watermelon on a baking tray and freeze for at least 6 hrs or overnight till frozen solid.
2. When you're ready to make the slushy, take the watermelon out of the freezer and let it sit at room tempertaure for 5 mins to soften a little. Scoop the frozen watermelon into a high speed blender. Add the agave syrup and lime juice with 60ml water. Blend on high, stopping to occasionally scrape the watermelon back into the blender as needed. It should be smooth and thick.
3. Pour the slushy into glasses and serve. To make them boozy, add a shot of silver tequila to each glass.
