Coconut & Raspberry Kiss Smoothie

Raspberry and coconut make such a lovely couple – they’re a real pair of sweeties, and blitzed with banana for creaminess and cinnamon for a kiss of spice, we think they make beautiful smoothies together.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 125g raspberries
  • ½-1 tsp cinnamon
  • 250ml coconut milk drink

Method

1. Peel the bananas and break them into your blender. Tip in the raspberries. Add ½ tsp cinnamon.
2. Pour in the coconut milk drink and add a few ice cubes, then blitz the smoothie together for a few mins till smooth and combined. Pour into 2 glasses and sprinkle with a little more cinnamon to serve.
