Coconut, Blackberry & Fig Breakfast Smoothie

Dairy free, vanilla-scented coconut yogurt is whizzed with sticky-sweet dried figs and a burst of sharp blackberries to make this smoothie a creamy, luxurious way to start to your day.


  • 50g dried figs
  • 125g blackberries
  • 125g vanilla flavoured coconut yogurt
  • A few ice cubes
  • 250ml ice cold water

1. Snip the woody ends off the dried figs. Roughly chop them and add them to the blender with the blackberries and coconut yogurt.
2. Add a few ice cubes and 250ml cold water. Whizz together till smooth.
