  • 1kg carrots
  • A handful of parsley
  • A handful of mint
  • 1 lemon

Method

1. Roughly chop everything and feed it through your juicer.
2. Juice the whole lemon (skin and all) for a big zing, or just add a squeeze of lemon juice at the end if you want a sharper flavour.
