Basil & Berry Crush Smoothie

Sweet summer raspberries are blitzed with fresh basil, creamy banana, a twist of lime and a dash of tiger nut drink in this refreshing pink drink.


  • 1 banana
  • 125g raspberries
  • A handful of basil, leaves only
  • 1 lime
  • 330ml tiger nut drink
  • A few ice cubes

1. Peel the banana and break it into your blender. Tip in the raspberries and add the basil leaves. Finely grate in the lime zest and squeeze in the juice from 1 half.
2. Tip in a handful of ice cubes and pour in 330ml tiger nut drink. Blend till smooth, taste and add a squeeze more lime juice if you think it needs it. Pour into glasses and serve.
