This recipe will work with any whole brie, but try it with Godminster's whopping 1kg organic brie wheel for a rich, velvety and pleasingly cheesy treat.

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 7. Line a round baking dish with greaseproof paper.
2. Unwrap the brie and pop it in the lined dish. Score a little cross in the centre. Slide the brie into the oven for 10 mins for a smaller brie wheel, or up to 30 mins for the 1kg brie. You want to bake the cheese till the top is a little golden around the edges.
3. When baked, carve the top off and treat it like a fondue. To dip and scoop the ooey-gooey cheese, try baby roast potatoes threaded onto firm sprigs of rosemary. Fresh celery, carrots and chicory are also delicious dunkers.
