Producer
The Weavers have been farming their land in the Cotswolds for three generations using traditional, organic methods. Their 180 Friesian cows spend their days munching the clover-strewn meadow. Once they’ve been milked in the milking shed, it’s just a mere five metres to the creamery where the milk gets turned into beautiful cheese.
