These are little rolled beauties that are a brilliant meat-free alternative. They're made of seitan, or gluten, so they're nice and filling, and the spinach is all kinds of healthy. Just pop them in a pan for 5 minutes or so and they'll get wonderfully golden and crisp.

Producer

Sojade started as a little family business in Brittany in the 1950s, switched to organic over 35 years ago and now make their gorgeous soya yogurts, milk and desserts with fantastic eco credentials. Using water from a spring under the factory, they make everything using French organic soya, grown by farmers they have a long standing relationship with. All their stuff is GM free, and they’ve even got their very own wind turbine to help them reduce their carbon emissions.
