We already love Sojade’s soya milk, so we decided to try their meat-free mince, too. We’re very glad we did, it’s incredible. Rich in veg protein, it’s a great swap from meat. Made with organic French soya beans, it belongs swirled through spaghetti.

Producer

Sojade started as a little family business in Brittany in the 1950s, becoming organic over 35 years ago, long before there was even such a thing as French organic certifications. Now, as pioneers of French organics, they make their gorgeous soya yogurts, milk and desserts with fantastic eco credentials. Using water from a spring, they make everything with French organic soya, grown by farmers they’ve long relationships with. All their stuff is GM free, and they’ve even got their own wind turbine to reduce their carbon emissions.
