Allison and William Winterburn are the talented pair who make our quiches in their little quiche and pie kitchen, in gorgeous rural Honeybourne, Worcestershire. They’re keen foodies who have turned their focus to pies and quiches in the past few years. They work with small producers, who care about what they do, to make delicious, homemade style quiche.
PASTRY: Wheat flour*, Shortening*, Water, Egg*, Unsalted butter* [milk], Salt. FILLING: Whole milk*, Egg*, Double cream* [milk], Broccoli* (14%), Cheddar Cheese* [milk], Stilton* [milk] (7%). * = produced to organic standards. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Remove all packaging. Pre-heat oven to 190C / 375F, Gas Mark 5. Place the quiche on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 10 minutes or until the product is piping hot throughout.
