How to tell there’s actual spinach in your spinach tortelloni: it’s an amazing shade of green. Even better, its stuffed with cheese, too. As it's fresh, it tastes all the more authentic and homemade, and it’s quick to whip up a delicious meal, too.

Producer

Windmill Organics began life in 1978 as a wholefood shop on the Fulham Road in London. In 1981 a vegetarian & organic restaurant was added and the food was so popular its founders decided to offer it to a wider audience. The first Biona breakfast granolas were baked in the restaurant kitchen and hand packed for sale. Its name references the organic and pure roots; 'Bio' meaning organic throughout much of Europe and 'Na' taken from the word nature. When it comes to innovation, Windmill has been well ahead in the race to bring ethical foods to the mainstream. They introduced Britain’s first organic versions of canned tomatoes, coconut milk, pizza bases, Worcestershire sauce and more!
