Alex Smith of Alara Wholefoods knows a thing or two about making organic muesli, and he does it in style in North London of all places! His muesli mixing is done in the middle of a permaculture forest garden, full of nuts and berries, tall trees, shrubs and wee little plants, that's used to teach children about sustainable farming.
