Ingredients

  • 400g carrots
  • 3 apples
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 35g walnuts
  • A handful of flat leaf parsley

Method

1. Feed everything through your juicer, alternating the apples and veg with a handful of walnuts and parsley. This will ensure that none of the flavour gets lost in your juicer. Serve over ice. Room service!
