Wakey, Wakey Tahini Shakey Smoothie
Give your alarm clock the morning off. This creamy blitz of sweet bananas and nutty tahini packs a pinch of cinnamon for punch and a juicy zing of orange for zip, and it’ll have you rising, shining and shining some more.
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 3 blood oranges
- 40g tahini
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 330ml tiger nut drink
- A few ice cubes
Method
1. Peel the bananas. Put them in a blender. Squeeze in the juice from the blood oranges. Grate in a little zest if you like.
2. Add the tahini and a pinch of cinnamon. Pour in 330ml tiger nut drink and add a few ice cubes. Blend till smooth, pour into glasses and serve dusted with a little extra cinnamon.
