Strawberry & Mint Smoothies

A pretty pink summer drink. Blend bananas, strawberries and almond drink together to make a sweet and refreshing breakfast smoothie.


  • 250g strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • A handful of mint
  • 330ml almond drink

1. Wash the strawberries and pop them into a blender. Peel and chop the bananas. Add them to the blender. Pick a small handful of mint leaves off their sprigs and add them to the blender.
2. Pour in the almond drink. Add a cupful of ice and whizz till smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
