Spinach Me Round

Popeye’s favourite juice, it’s super healthy and quite detox-y (if you’re into that sort of thing).
Ingredients
- 3 apples
- A large handful of washed spinach
- A small handful of parsley
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- A pinch of chilli powder
Method
1. Juice the apple, spinach and parsley. Taste. Feeling hard core? Add more spinach and parsley.
2. Use your hands (not your juicer) to squeeze in a bit of lemon juice. Dust a pinch of chilli powder on the top.
