Raspberry & Matcha Swirl Smoothie

Raspberry & Matcha Swirl Smoothie

Matcha mylk is a coconut drink swirled with a hint of matcha green tea. It makes a super refreshing smoothie when whizzed with creamy banana, sweet raspberries and a zing of orange.


  • 1 banana
  • 125g raspberries
  • 2 oranges
  • 330ml matcha mylk
  • A few ice cubes

1. Peel the banana and break it into your blender. Tip in the raspberries.
2. Use a small, sharp knife to slice the skin and white pith off the oranges. Slice the orange segments out of the papery membranes and slide them into the blender. Squeeze the membranes over the blender to squeeze in any juice.
3. Pour in the matcha mylk and add a few ice cubes. Blitz for a few mins to combine, then pour into two glasses to serve.
