Raspberry, Apple & Pear Swirl

A summer fruit tart but in smoothie form? Count us in. Jammy raspberries are blended with sweet apples, juicy pears and a swirl of hazelnut milk to make a sweet and fruity breakfast drink.

Ingredients

  • 125g raspberries
  • 150g apples
  • 150g pears
  • 500ml hazelnut drink with rice

Method

1. Tumble the raspberries into your blender. Slice the apples and pears into quarters and remove the cores. Add the apple and pear slices to the blender.
2. Pour in the hazelnut drink. Add a handful of ice cubes. Blitz for 1-2 mins till smooth and pink. Pour into 2 large glasses and serve.
