Elegant and full of beautiful goodness. A hint of lemon makes the pears go suprisingly creamy.

  • A pinch of saffron
  • 1 lemon

1. Peel and roughly chop your pears. Discard core and stem. Pop into a food processor or blender with 400ml cold water, a squeeze of lemon juice and the powder from your sachet of saffron. Blend till smooth, adding more water if needed to reach desired taste and texture.
