Pear Pollinator

This cocktail was created to celebrate 25 years of supporting the little critters (bees, birds, butterflies, bugs) that make natural farming possible.
Ingredients
- 50ml Elderflower Vodka
- 15ml Elderflower Cordial
- Pear Juice
- Sparkling Water
- Ice
Feel free to double the quantities if you want to shake two at a time. Recipe from Jimbob, our resident Cocktail Bear.
Method
1. Half fill a Boston shaker glass with ice.
2. Pour the elderflower vodka, elderflower cordial and pear juice over the ice.
3. Place the Boston shaker can firmly on top, tap it shut and shake vigorously over shoulder with enthusiasm.
4. Pour into a long glass or tumbler.
5. Top with soda water, give a litlle stir and enjoy.
