Pear, Clementine & Maple Smoothie

Take your taste buds for a ride. Sweet pears and tart clementines are blended with spicy ginger and earthy, iron-dense cavolo nero and a splash of nourishing maple water.

Ingredients

  • 4 pears
  • 2 clementines
  • A thumb of ginger
  • 100g cavolo nero
  • 300ml maple water
  • A cupful of ice

Method

1. Quarter the pears and slice out the core. Roughly chop. Peel the skin from the clementines and discard it. Roughly chop the ginger. Slice the stem from the cavolo nero and finely slice it. Place everything into your blender with the maple water and ice. Blend till smooth.
