Nectarine Dream Smoothie

Juicy new-season nectarines are a natural match with sweetly nutty flaked almonds and cool, tangy Greek style yogurt.


  • 2 nectarines
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 carrots
  • 35g flaked almonds
  • 225g Greek style yogurt

1. Halve the nectarines and scoop out the stones. Peel the oranges and break them into segments. Trim and roughly chop the carrots. Put them all in your blender with the flaked almonds and 225g yogurt.
2. Add a few ice cubes to the blender and blitz till smooth. Serve straight away
