Inspired by the fiery fizz of a Moscow Mule, this warming mcoktail mixes up hot ginger, sharp lemon and earthy herbs with a sparkling dash of Raspberry & Elderflower Kombucha to make a refreshing mixed drink that'll have everyone volunteering to be the designated driver.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of fresh ginger
  • 4 sprigs of thyme or rosemary
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 lemon, plus 2 wedges to garnish
  • 275ml Raspberry & Elderflower Kombucha

Method

1. Place the slices of ginger and 1 sprig of thyme or rosemary in a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler, pestle or the end of a rolling pin to crush and muddle them together. Add the maple syrup and squeeze in the juice from half the lemon. Add a handful of ice, then seal and shake together.
2. Fill 2 tumblers with ice and strain the mix into the glass. Top up with the Raspberry & Elderflower Kombucha, garnish with an orange wedge and a sprig of thyme or rosemary each and serve.
