  • 25ml Spiced Rum
  • 25ml Vodka
  • 50ml Orange Juice
  • Ginger beer to top of glass
  • Oranges to garnish
  • Cloves to garnish

Method

1. Half fill a Boston shaker glass with ice.
2. Pour the Spiced Rum, Vodka and Orange juice over the ice.
3. Place the Boston shaker can firmly on top, tap it shut and shake vigorously over shoulder with enthusiasm.
4. Pour into a long glass or tumbler.
5. Top with lashings of Ginger Beer and enjoy.
