Cranberry Crush

Made with sweet amaretto and smooth Highland whisky, this warming winter cocktail gets a dash of tartness from a spoonful of leftover cranberry sauce.


  • 45ml amaretto
  • 25ml blended Scotch whisky
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 25g cranberry sauce

1. Pour the amaretto, whisky and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker, then add the cranberry sauce (25g is around 1½ tbsp). Add a handful of ice, seal and shake for 30 secs-1 min to chill. Fill a tumbler with crushed ice and strain the cocktail into the glass to serve.
