Method

1. Slice the tops and bottoms off the clementines with a small, sharp knife. Work the knife around the edges of the clementines to remove as much peel and white pith as possible. Toss the peeled clementines into your blender.
2. Peel and break in the bananas. Use your thumb to crush the dates onto a chopping board and remove the stones. Roughly chop the dates and add to the blender. Tip in the goji berries.
3. Pour in 330ml Ultimate Almond Drink. Add a handful of ice cubes and blend till smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

This is the best smoothie recipe I tried so far. The clementines and pineapple are perfect together, the banana flavour is hidden but gives it nice body and texture, I got lovely chewy fudge bits of date in my smoothie which was actually a bonus! The almond milk tastes really watery on its own, but works perfectly in a lot of these fruity smoothies because it is so very light and refreshing and doesn't intrude on the fruit flavours. This made a tangy, really refreshing and delicious smoothe!
