Christmas Fatty's & Tonic
This Christmas, give a classic gin and tonic a festive makeover by mixing in a dash of cranberry. Fatty's Organic Gin is made in South London and it has a herby flavour that's lightened with a splash of citrus. It's perfect paired with sour cranberries and tart tonic water for a refreshing Christmas drink.
Ingredients
- 50ml Fatty’s Organic Gin
- 25ml cranberry fruit drink
- 75ml light tonic water
- Fresh cranberries & a sprig of rosemary, to garnish
Method
1. Fill a tumbler or copa glass with ice. Pour over the Fatty's Organic Gin, then top up with the cranberry fruit drink and tonic water. Gently stir a few times to mix. Drop in a few fresh cranberries and garnish with a sprig of rosemary to serve.
