The 1980s called and want us to put Buck's Fizz back on our brunch menus. Made with one part orange juice to two parts Champagne, these zingy cocktails have a sharp citrussy flavour and plenty of sparkle. Perfect as part of a festive breakfast or as a retro party treat.

Ingredients

  • 480ml brut Champagne, well chilled
  • 240ml orange juice, chilled

Method

1. Pour half the chilled Champgne into 4 flute glasses. Top up with the orange juice, then pour in the rest of the Champagne. Serve straight away.
