Blueberry Pie Smoothie

One of our favourite summer puddings whizzed up into a smoothie. A juicy mix of sweet and sharp blueberries with extra creaminess from bananas and a cooling splash of almond milk.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 125g blueberries
  • 330ml almond milk

Method

1. Peel the bananas and break them into a blender. Tip in the blueberries.
2. Give the almond milk a shake to make sure it is well mixed, then pour in 330ml. Add a few ice cubes and blitz for a few mins till smooth. Serve straight away.
