Blueberry Pie Smoothie

Inspired by one of our favourite summer puddings, this creamy vegan smoothie is a simple blend of blueberries, bananas and almond milk.


  • 2 bananas
  • 125g blueberries
  • 330ml almond drink

1. Peel the bananas and break them into a blender. Tip in the blueberries.
2. Give the almond milk a shake to make sure it is well mixed, then pour in 330ml. Add a few ice cubes and blitz for a few mins till smooth. Serve straight away.
