  • 125g blueberries
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber

1. Halve the avocado and scoop out the flesh into yoyr blender.
2. Chop the cucumber and add it to the blender.
3. Tip in the blueberries and blitz everything together. Trickle in a little water to reach your desired consistency.
