Banana, Walnut & Date Smoothie

Medjool dates and walnuts are a match made in smoothie heaven, with bananas for creaminess and a splash of cool almond drink to swirl the sweet and nutty flavours together.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 4 medjool dates
  • 35g walnut halves
  • 330ml almond drink
  • A few ice cubes

Method

1. Peel the bananas and break them into the blender. Pop the stones out of the dates and add the dates to the blender. Tip in the walnut halves and pour in 330ml of the almond drink.
2. Add a few ice cubes and blitz for a few mins till smooth, then serve.
