Banana Bread Smoothie

This sweet and spiced breakfast smoothie is made with a mouthwatering mix of creamy bananas, toffee-rich dates and peanut butter. Flavoured with cinnamon and blended with oat drink. A delicious way to start your day.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 4 Medjool dates
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 40g peanut butter
  • 500ml oat drink

Method

1. Peel the bananas and break them into the blender. Slice the dates in half and carefully remove the stones. Add the dates to the blender. Dust in the cinnamon. Scoop in the peanut butter.
2. Pour in 500ml oat drink. Add a handful of ice. Blitz for 2 mins till smooth. Pour into 2 large glasses to serve.
