Avocado & Sesame Blaster

This thick, creamy shake is made with smooth, buttery avocado and sweet banana blitzed with a juicy blast of orange, a nutty dash of sesame seeds and a big splash of almond milk.

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 150g oranges
  • 100g baby leaf spinach
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 500ml almond drink with rice

Method

1. Halve the avocado and scoop out the flesh with a spoon, discarding the stone. Add to your blender. Peel and break in the banana.
2. Peel the orange, break into segments and add them to the blender. Tuck in the baby leaf spinach. Sprinkle in the sesame seeds and pour in 500ml almond drink. Drop in a few ice cubes and whizz till smooth. Pour into 2 large glasses and serve.
3. Ripe & ready
When you unpack your box, give your avocado a gentle squeeze. If the flesh gives slightly, it’s ripe and can be stored in your fridge. If it feels a little firm, pop the avocado in your fruit bowl to ripen at room temperature for 2-3 days.
