Apple, Oat & Raisin Smoothie

When apples, oats and raisins aren’t teaming up to work their tasty magic in a crumble or a muesli bowl, they’re hopping into your blender to make a sensational smoothie, rich with cashews and topped up with a creamy splash of almond drink.

Ingredients

  • 3 apples
  • 20g oats
  • 25g raisins
  • 35g cashews
  • 330ml Ultimate Almond Drink
  • A few ice cubes

Method

1. Cut the apples into quarters and slice out the cores. Tumble the apples into your blender. Tipin the oats, raisins and cashews.
2. Pour in 330ml Ultimate Almond Drink and drop in a handful of ice cubes. Blend till smooth, then pour into glasses and serve.
