Real organic Gruyère, made in la Gruyère region of Switzerland from raw milk as is tradition and is cave-aged for 5 months or “affine en grotte” as the French say. It’s a lovely semi-hard cheese this one with a beautiful nutty flavour, great with everything but especially melted on top of some onion soup.
