The Verdejo grape blend make this fantastically dry, aromatic white. It’s a very rounded drink, full tasting and with crisp natural acidity for an elegant finish. It’s a wine for the veggies as it matches most vegetarian foods.

The elevation of the Rueda estate gives this wine its vibrant fruitiness that’s beautifully balanced and more restrained than the similar Sauvignon.

The Verdejo grape is local to the Sanz family’s Menade estate, and after five generations of growing for incredible wines, they’ve become celebrated worldwide. It’s a family affair with the three Sanz siblings doing all the hard work. Marco, the eldest, takes care of all the vineyards, Richard is the winemaker and Alejandra sorts out the international sales side.
